3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000 unless otherwise specified in promotional terms.

4.2 Deposit Policy

Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in Your own name. • All tiers: Up to 24 hours during weekends and public holidays

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50,000,000. First-time withdrawals require identity verification. You may only withdraw to payment methods registered in Your own name. piv288 does not charge withdrawal fees, but Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

piv288 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with international standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Suspicious transaction patterns or attempts to use the Platform for money laundering purposes will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Upon termination, piv288 may withhold any remaining Account balance if the termination is due to Your breach of these Terms. Legitimate balances not associated with fraudulent activity will be returned after deducting any applicable fees or charges.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close Your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to You via Your registered payment method after deducting any applicable withdrawal fees. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened. If You wish to return to piv288, You must create a new Account, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
